No, you are wrong. My cc charge was on Saturday morning NS TIME. And also I do not live in India. My time zone is GMT+2 (or Nova Scotia +6)...

By normal post from canada to new delhi, it might take 1 month so you should have patience,
now nobody can predict especially for normal posts.
earlier in the forum somewhere I saw that it may take upto 2 months.

Been about 1.3 months, waiting with patience yaa.. Hope i get my returned app soon, am specially concerned about my D.D.

Even if CIC didn't work on Saturdays, their accountants clear the payments then. Or else my bank wouldn't receive charge notifications (and they receive immediately such, I've received notifications hundreds of times after using my cc all around the world.
My point was that CIC or people connected to the whole immigration process work their a$$es off in order to speed it up. I didn't expected such a response by you, but you know better...

Since you know already its been returned, why not do the needful. Repackage a fresh application and send as soon as possible. Do not wait for the old one.

Anyway, Congratulations to the ones who got charged and received PER. Good luck to those who received AOR from Visa Office. I just read one comment about 72 months and that's ridiculous.
