The insert botton isn't active. I haven't been able to insert any comment in the spreadsheet

Thank you for reply and is it that all the transcript should be send by college itself. Coz he is in US and no one is backhome to tell the college. Is there anyother way

You have to check the country specific requirements. Every country has its own special requirements.

I just read from someone on this forum that 'he forgot to send transcripts', can someone with more senior knowledge confirm if I needed to have sent my transcripts even though WES had pre-assessed them and I don't have a copy.

Does it state anywhere that I must provide copies of transcripts?

Thanks AZ for the helpful suggestions.
So far my proofs/supporting documents are:
Some Pay Slips indicating my Job Title with company stamp.
Certificate of Employment with my Job Descriptions on it - to be requested.
Clarification Letter - hope they will grant.


Can I request to include my Manager on my Cert of Employment as a signee together with the HR Manager?
or I will produce different letter from my Manager.

Fair enough. Either HR or your department manager is required, not necessarily both on one.

No need to ring the bell near a sleeping lion.
None in CIC knows what ur parents DOB is,
Once you your PER and then an AOR from your Local visa office, you can make as much amendments as you like.
why bother now.

My issue is that I have mention the DOB in correct for my parents. In case I resend the form again with correct DOBs I am afraid they would . pull back by application recieve date to the date when they recieve the documents with correction, in that case I will not be able to make with in th cap 2174. plz advice

In FSWP May 2013 spreadsheet there are a lot of entries with CC/DD charged but the PER is not yet received. Does CIC send two separate emails? One when fee is charged and the other one on PER?

I am asking this question because banks generally can not tell a customer if his/her CC or DD is charged due to the involvement of multiple banks in between. How come these people know that their CC/DD is charged when they have not received the PER from CIC?

Please help me kill this curiosity.

CIC does not send two seperate emails.
Only one PER email is sent by the cic acknowledging the receipt of payment dated xxxxxxxx

When cc is charged, applicants receive sms on the mobile from their banks

DD encashment is hard to know, usually applicants get to know about their DD encashment on receiving PER email from cic.

My younger brother has also applied from Saudi,
His visa has a different Job title and his job is different.
All that is required is your employment Reference Letter in the format they want. No salary slips, no contract , nothing. Keep it simple. whatever your employment reference letter says they will go with that. they will not bother wat the Visa says, They all know what happens in Middle east so dont worry. Apply!!!

I have a big concern. If someone has the same issue before.
Im currently an EXPAT here in Saudi.
My contract and visa is MARKETING SPECIALIST since they dont have available VISA and Contract for Network Specialist when they hired me.

Should I ask for Clarification Letter from my company?
Any suggestion?

Congrats to you! I don't know which is harder, waiting for fee encashment or waiting for PER. For me it's like their is no dull moment at CIC
