RTJ many congrats.......another PT..... ;D......good to c so many physios from NDVO getting charged...mashallah.......I'm loving the CC and PERs in our forum it's really represents a good figure out of 11 Applicants of 3142; 4 belong to our forum.. :D......I hope all ppl on our forum get to Canada n the list would become green...... :P :P :P

In FSWP May 2013 spreadsheet there are a lot of entries with CC/DD charged but the PER is not yet received. Does CIC send two separate emails? One when fee is charged and the other one on PER?

I am asking this question because banks generally can not tell a customer if his/her CC or DD is charged due to the involvement of multiple banks in between. How come these people know that their CC/DD is charged when they have not received the PER from CIC?

Please help me kill this curiosity. :o

Hi guys,

Can someone please advise me on how to track my FSW application using ECAP. I have submitted my application and it was confirmed received at CIC on July 1, 2013. I have since then neither heard any reply nor fees encahsed from my Credit Card.

Please help!!!

Q. I applied to FSWP 2013 program. Will I get a notification from CIO after my documents are delivered?
A. First of all Congratulations and good luck with your submission. Coming back to your question, No, you will not get any notification from CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia.
http://fswp2013.wordpress.com/faqs/

Currently cc is being charged for those applicants whose application was received on 23rd May. so you have a looong way to go to get your cc charged.

Category........: FSW1
Visa Office......: London
NOC Code......: 2131
App. Sent.......: 25-June-2013
App Received.....01-July-2013
Doc's Request.: already submitted
AOR Received.: no update

Added
Pls see your entry in the spreadsheet and provide your remaining details.

It seems the FSW is updating the status twice a month.

June: 20 June and 24 June
July: 16 July and 29 July.

It seems there would not be any updates on the CIC website until mid August.

Spreadsheet is the only source of "Hope".....Keep spreadsheet and Hopes alive and update as soon as there is a change!!!!

Thanks,

I have a big concern. If someone has the same issue before.
Im currently an EXPAT here in Saudi.
My contract and visa is MARKETING SPECIALIST since they dont have available VISA and Contract for Network Specialist when they hired me.

Should I ask for Clarification Letter from my company?
Any suggestion?

Pls Help

Thanks

Don't worry, that is not a big issue! The authorities in these countries (Canada, Australia, US , UK , Eurozone) know affairs in KSA very well :D However, you need to do the following to be on the safe side, cause it is technically illegal to be working on a different profession that what is mentioned on your Ikamah.

1. Get the experience letter from your company in the format as required by CIC. This will detail your actual job not the ikamah profession. Get it attested by Chamber of Commerce ( غرفة تجارية) The holographic stamp authenticates everything ;D The letter has to bear the official company seal and signature as registered in Chamber of Commerce for your company, otherwise they wont attest it. The same seal as on the normal Intro Letter that you get in order to open a bank account.

2. Get a normal Letter of Introduction ( خطاب تعريف ) from your company with your with your "network specialist" profession mentioned on it.
This too has to be attested by COC. This will be usually both in Arabic and English ( standard format) and addressed to Canada Immigration.

3. Send these ORIGINAL DOCS with your application and you are good to go.

Cheers!

Hi guys, I just have a question on my friend's behalf. With this new FSW thing is credential evaluating necessary? He is in US so he still has to send the evalutation to Canada?
