Thanks to everyone for the congratulations!! Many more congratulations on the way. i think CIC is treating May 22nd/23rd Applicants becuase the additional documents I sent reached May 22nd. I guess the pulled out the first application and added it to the new one and left me on the May 22nd queue. Any case I am grateful to the most High God and to all my wonderful friends on this great forum. #Islandbabe, Pharmistpharan, Jigzyy, Rawdah, Loofy, and so many of you that have remained an encouragement.

floxy if you are rite, My application will be pushed 2 months back in queue. I am a 27th may applicant. I sent them a fresh DD that reached last week as it expires first week of Aug (3 months)

This cannot be good

But Geverok who had sent a updated fee payment form did not have any such delay issue reported

pls do share any thoughts and ideas on this ' getting pushed back in the queue' due to additional documents sent.

Tried to make it to 1000th page. But Iam the first post for next 1000 pages

I really appreciate the fantastic work done by you guys the moderators and all the regulars, in bringing all the dreamers around the world on a common platform...hats off to you guys....I know there are so many of us who are regular "silent viewers" to these pages everyday...{I have an excuse...m babysitting these days }.... but seriously guys... you all give us so much courage and motivation to just believe in ourselves {& CIC ofcourse }...after all we will realize our dreams one day....

i posted a question here last week, not sure what happened to it as i no longer see it in the thread. just wanted to know your insights on the following:

i have a couple of joint bank accounts with my mom, which has been 10+ years old. can i include this as part of my POF? i am applying alone, and wanted to know if this is ok.

I have gone thru all the 1 ;D ;D 1 pages till now!!
+1 to all the super mods and others contributing to this wonderful forum..

Also a big +1 to CIC employees who are still working on FSWP applications despite their colleagues going on strike!! Even these guys could have joined the strike, but thankfully, they are still on it for processing our applications..

Congratulations to all the people who have proceeded to the next phase of PR process and Best of luck to all!!

Hi all,
Not my lucky day guys.. thought will have a sound sleep tonight but......hard luck
Spoke to a "lovely lady" (as Maina suggested to ring after 3pm...)
I was on hold for about 15-20 mins...fiddling with the keypad options and all she said to me was to email them at an email id she will send me on mail.... and before I could blink my eyelids... the email was there... I m really impressed with CIC now.....
I guess will wait till my PER arrives (fingers crossed).... won't bother ringing them again....
