If the VO needs a document they will ask.

I sent an email to VO to ask some question. In the response email, in addition to the answer to my question, there was a small notes section at the end of the email which says the below

- You are not required to submit your original documents while submitting your applications.
- Simple Photocopies of documents are acceptable.
- Notarized photocopies are not required unless specified.
- You need to submit your original police certificates and language results.
- Translations must be notarized.

As the translations of some of my documents that I sent to CIO, Sydeny were not notarized however I already received PER.
Should I now send the notarized translations to the Visa Office (although they did not ask me for this. Its only mentioned in their email under Important Notes Section.

Any suggestion / Idea?

My documents were returned due to old schedule 3. I received it on July 26th and I am planning to send it again. Do you guys think it is even worth sending it again? My NOC is 2132.

Guys My Wife is having 4 Years of Experience under category 2174 and after that she was self employed and was working in Networking, Data Communication and Wireless Network field (Category 2147).

We'r trying to put up her file but confused. We decided to put the file under category 2147. But what documents to put for the Self Employed Experience?

Guys Please share your knowledge. It will surely help us to reach our destiny.

Ofcourse dude. Worth sending it again. It will spend you only Courier charges... Go for it. Because in 2132 only 7 Apps are charged. 100% chances.

I just rec an email from CIC for my application status update query mail which i sent on early 1st week of June:

it reads "your submission is with our office and is awaiting completion of initial processing. you will be contacted in due course."

i am 21 may - 1112 applicant.

questions?
1. has anyone received such email?
2. so is it safe to assume that my application is not returned as of now (not sure what can happen tomm.)

i am eagerly waiting my cc charge, and i am not sure why is it being delayed !!!

but until PER it doesn't worth CC can be charged even if one gets NER.
And most of the guys , silent and non silent ,I believe are not sharing there NER info.

Yes, I believe too. Guys please share your information.
Your information can help others in many ways.

Since it is your brother's date of birth, I don't think there will be problem at the PER stage, since there is no document to compare the information you wrote on the application with.
But will advise you to rectify any mistakes as soon as your application gets to your country's visa office, because it may be detrimental to your brother's application process if you want to sponsor him or any of his family members in the future.
Thank you. I also have the same mind. So for the time being I should leave as it is. and I can rectify it when I will sure that my file has been transferred to VO.
