Thanks, I did see a couple of 13th May and one 10th May applicant get charged so I was on alert again but nothing in my case. I did send them an email on 25th June and I received a reply on 18th July

I have been lagging in reading this thread hence the late reply. Need to go through another 18 pages to get to the current page.

And I called them before writing this, they do not have my UCI on the system and mentioned something about another office in Ottawa (???), also advising me to check using UCI on ECAS and that I should call back in a week or so. Maybe I didn't make it clear that my payment hasn't been charged yet. Still awaiting initial processing! What did I do wrong Shouldn't have sent in the additional documents I guess.

Hi guys,
I have question and I would like seniors to help me this it.

I am from Colombia but currently living in the UK so my visa office is London; the issue here is that I have a temporary residence permit and it expires in October 2013. We are planing to do some traveling so we are not going back to Colombia directly from the UK.

I already received my PER so I want to know if I have to transfer my application to a different visa office or if I can leave it here in London for a while?? how does this works??

I have been trying to find the rules about changing VO but could't find anything.

I hope someone can help me with this.

After having tense last 2 weeks, finally I got the PER email forwarded today by my lawyer.

DD enchased: July 16
PER email received: July 25
ECAS: In process. We have received your application for PR on May 13.

Between I had been unlucky to have that sweet girl at CIC that tells about UCI. Even after lot of tries (I believe over 10) I always got connected to guys who though remained polite but never were soft enough to access my details. Think I need to really improve on telephonic communications with males to convince them in helping me

I am grateful to all those who contacted me on forum and via PM and provided valuable suggestions. Congratulations to all those who have got PER and I extend my best wishes for those who still are waiting.

HI All,

Alhumdulilah by grace of Almighty Allah my CC has just charged, received a message on cell that amount of 1250 cad has been used in Sydney at Citizenship & IMM FS
My application was sent on 16th May and received on 23rd May.
