Don't worry too much and make others worry. CIC just started charging 23/24 applciations. Since your payment is DD, it would take sometime for you to know about the DD encashment. There is a possibility that you may receive a PER before you know that your DD is encashed.

So, have faith and don't get tensed.

PER is only issued after the cc or dd is encashed .

Please update-

Received PER-24/07/2013. It was sitting in my junk folder. and I noticed this after i got a status update from CIC informing me that an acknowledgment letter was sent via email on 24/7/2013. ThATS when i checked my spam folder and found the email sitting in there.......

Hi there! I am also from the Philippines. That should be good. University should send original transcripts and validation form to WES via sealed envelope. In my case, I asked the university to include the photocopy of my diploma on the DHL package, of course separate from the university's sealed envelope. WES accepted them and it only took 10 days on my case from sending to WES to receiving my report via international express. Hope this helps.

thanks a lot, i was worried things would go wrong. i sent the diploma separately thinking they won't honor it if the university included it in the requirements which will be coming from them. such a good relief! ;D
