Don't worry too much and make others worry. CIC just started charging 23/24 applciations. Since your payment is DD, it would take sometime for you to know about the DD encashment. There is a possibility that you may receive a PER before you know that your DD is encashed.

So, have faith and don't get tensed.

I do not think that they have started charging 23rd may application.Not at least anyone on this forum I know of.

There are no guarantees but it does seem likely they might start 23rd today, since they've got through most of the 22nd ones we know about.
24th might be last thing today, might be Saturday, might be Monday.
