Only if you have provided some proof of the date you signed is the real date, not previous one.
For example I signed my docs during one concert and then enclosed the ticket. Next step: you have to prove that after this date and time nobody touches your documents any more. I achieved this like this: I sealed all the docs in an envelope with a date stamp on it. Then I took one maple leaf from the nearest tree here (note the fact I user exactly maple leaf ) - just freshly torn leaf. And I put it in a plastic bag with these "zips" on top. So then they can easily check the age of this "dying leaf" via Carbon-14 dating method. I glued this plastic bag on the envelope with my stamp, so that if it got opened, the plastic bag would be destroyed. I printed a page of instructions how to open this envelope without ruining the "proof".
Unfortunately in the end they did not considered my date - 1st of April, but followed the receiving one...
