This forum is really informative! Keep it up sharing with others :)
Is part-time paid experience (under NOC list) while studying considered or not for fsw application? How many working hours are to be required for part-time paid experience? Please put a light according to your experience.

Hi admins,

Since most of us have got PER's could you Pls let us know what would be the subsequent steps. I know it goes to the local VO.

1. But how do we know when it has reached? Will we receive any mail from local VO?

2. Based on previous years, could u Pls provide estimation from PER to the next stage.

Well, first not most of us :), not even half of us. Second, you can find your answers in FAQ page.

Edited: Open this link http://fswp2013.wordpress.com/faqs/, search for "Q. What are the steps after PER?"

Hi, I have also applied as self employed, all I did was that I got the experience letter written from the company i work for. the one who gave me my contract. its just a normal experience letter like any job letter.
3rd party ,means the organisation that gave you the contract to work for, .
for example:
I am the director of my own company registered as ::: YYY
A company named ZZZ hires my company YYY to perform a job.
so I am self employed.
The 3rd party here means company ZZZ.
SO u have to get a reference letter from ZZZ ( in the prescribed formant required by CIC)

Hope it helps.

@prince_of_darkness

Yes It goes a long way to help. Thanks. If I have any doubt I would reach out to you again for any further clarification. Tanks Once again and good luck with your PR Application.

You can get points for the number of years you have spent in full-time paid work (at least 30 hours per week, or an equal amount of part-time).

You may start the process of getting PCC but Only send it to VO once your file reaches there. Once your file reaches to local VO, the status in your ECAS will show "RBVO" Received by Visa Office". Click on "good" if you are helped.

Yea Man, I have referred that, I mean to say the PERs were pending for applicants of 15th May or Before who got their CC/DD encashed. CIC is quickly issuing PERs to those applicants.
