Well, I should add my story

I applied under simplified application process back in 2007, I got the file no just after one month then........ after four years of long waiting in jan 2011 my file transferred to london office and then what after 5 and a half years i came to know in DEC 2012 that my application was not going for further processing due to backlog reduction, I had nothing to do except got some nightmares

Still believe on Almighty God... Gave a second chance to myself and applied for fsw 2013....Let see what has written for me next

2. But got UCI (call center) and checked online status. Its showing In Process.

As yesterday I asked that being a doctor, I worked in a private hospital and I can furnish the required experience certificate and the same can be verified from the employer, but there was no any pay slip or salayr transfer to bank.
In this regard is there any chance for rejection of my immigration application? if the authority demands at any stage.

I received my PER on July 10th. But i have not received any further communication from my local visa office- New Delhi.

What will be the next step. Will i receive the further communication through mail/ or by post? Kindly let me know

Oh..boy, that was tough.

May be you can sue them too. After all you've got your nightmares. If you consulted your doctor about this, I am sure you can prove that your medical condition was a result of CIC terrible work and negligence.

Those bustards, who screwed hopes and dreams of so many good people around the world, must pay for their negligence.

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and want to know one thing. My brother has applied for FSW 2013 and his application reached NS on 13th May.Till date no CC charging has happened. By great difficulty, we were able to get the UCI number throu. the call centre y'day. But the ECAS says it doesn't identify him by his details provided and doesn't show any update.

My question is if God forbid his file would have been on the return journey for any mistake, would that reflect in the ECAS status? For people whose applications have been rejected and returned back, could anyone please confirm what does the ECAS status show for them - Marta, darkman1987,etc. Please any help and comments on the above status would be really appreciated. He is very upset with his case and would like to have some expert comments on his status.

Did you employer stated you salary in the reference letter? I think that can be enough.
But the more proof you provide the better.
