Thanks for that Vats....Now after getting PER what are the next steps....and my 2nd question is, do I take PCC for myself and for my spouse or only main applicant....please advise...responses are highly appreciated.
CHECK YOUR file status on ECAS with that UCI no.
your file will transfered to your local VO
and local VO will ask for PCC (You need for all applicant, mean you and your spouse)

Hi,
Self calculated points are considering 3 yrs 11 months experience and no relative in Canada.
You are right - at the time of sending application, I have not submitted any supporting documents related to relative in Canada.
I am just thinking if I got from 73 points to 79 points, would it help my application to be stronger or will they just process on FIFO basis!
If I remember correctly, there is a way in which we can send some details to CIC in case anything has changed in our personal details (e.g. change of address). Just thinking if I should send the Relative in Canada details through that option?

if your points are 67 or + why do you want to include this?

btw to prove relative in canada you need to submit supporting documents which are not submitted (I assume as you say at the time you file no one was there) so its not possible for you to get that points.

applications are checked on FIFO basis. . . .
CIC does not accept other documents afterwards. . .

Can somebody help me? Im a bit lost... I am preparing my papers for submission... I recently applied to WES. What documents should i need to send other than diploma and transcript... And would be legit if i also ask my university to senda copy of both transript and diploma for me to save money on sending them separately?

Dear Arjoy,

You need to arrange sending university approved marks sheets and degree/diploma certificates in a sealed envelope stamped by University administration. You can either ask your university to send directly to WES or you may collect this sealed envelope and send yourself along with copies of these marks sheet & certificates.

Hope it clarifies.

Thanks for the info Vats!!!

Man Its a Country Specific Requirement. Refer the WES link http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/requireddocuments/ for required documents for your country.

Finally! Congrats ravin! ;D I hope to receive our PER soon. :) ;D

Hi,
By God's grace we got our PER last night dated 22nd July. DD was encashed on 12th July. Thanks for all the support and help.

Any update for PAFSO strike....? Some newpapers are claiming that it will go till sept 2nd week......
Is it gonna delay processing at VO as well?

Advise needed. Wanted to know that once the PER has been issued, how much more time does it take for the application to reach the Visa office? Will the VO request the PCCs immediately on receiving the application or are PCCs to be arranged at a later stage when the VO has done the detailed scrutiny of the applications (say near to medical stage etc).
