Before issuance of PER CIC just checks the completeness of the documents. VO then check authenticity of the documents before issuance of the visa.
Inconsistency of documents should be the main reason.

Bro you said they are going to check the authenticity of the the documents.... what u mean by that .... because in my case I already have

Job exp.- I claimed only 11 without that I already qualified...
Just wanna know what kind of checking they are gonna make...i.e phone call to the job place or personal visit etc.

I am new here,
I am preparing the documents and filling up the forms for this program, I have some questions, I appreciate that if you help me with these issues.
1. In form IMM5669 question number 6: my sister applied for Quebec skilled worker and she has VSQ, should I mention that here?
2. About the labels; What is the NOC category? Is it the name of the NOC code which we are applying for? and about the label in the native language, should I write only my address in my native language or it is required to write the recipient address and ... all in native language?

how come 19 points for ielts? As per my knowledge it should be 16,20 or 24..

THANK God that I received a letter from the CIO that I have passed the PER and my DD was encashed on July 11, 2013. What do we expect next?

Thanks for the positive atmosphere here and I am thanking for those who prayed for my application though they can't read this but I owe them for the prayers.

I just hoped and pray everyone's success in Canada and continued approovals.

tried to call number below but after option 2 for immigration getting voice message that "toll free that im calling is not available in country blah bla blah". any other number? BTW, I'm calling from Singapore. Thanks.

To know the status of your application by calling cic from outside canada

call at - 0016139444000
select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affairs
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc
then agent will check in the system and shall give feedback.
