I totally understand how you feel NIK...its the sad reality. Balkanada I think has the same feeling, but stay as positive as you can, and if it becomes too much...stay away from the forum.

My method of payment is DD. Application Rcvd Date : 05/15/2013

I have not received any confirmation from Bank regarding encashment of DD but my online ecas with UCI shows In Process.

Further, I have not yet received PER. My online status started showing from Saturday.

Now, I hope positive new is in near future ?

Since you have gotten your PER. Then you wait for file to be transferred to VO, then as the email containing your UCI states you inform them of the change to you status and provide outstanding documents for your wife. Marriage certificate, passport info, birth certificate etc, so that she can be added to your file, also note that Your proof of funds needs to be increased to reflect funds for 2 persons, and depending on how quickly you guys move maybe even 3

No did not receive any email from cic till date, bank statement shows credit card charged for cad 1100 on 18th July.

Dear how would we know whether payment is charged or not, if we paid in from of DD ??
bcoz in case of CC it will show in Bank account but how to know in case of DD ??

be patient you might have to wait , for some cases waiting time is longer
so just be positive .. good luck

Good News should be on its way.....Quite possible your email with Per will get to you this week , long before the bank tell you that DD is en-cashed as was also the case with Admin Jigzyy. Keep checking your email. You are still in the acceptable timeline for May 15th intake, so try not to worry.
