Dear admins, sorry to bother again, but if you add a line to the header of the "Applications Received by NOC" with the formula =max(filter(Tracking!$D:$D,Tracking!$B:$B=D2,not(isblank(Tracking!$V:$V)),Tracking!$V:$V<>"N/A")) we could in one place track the dates of arrival that CIC is processing for each NOC. On the last column, with totals, you can supress the condition 'Tracking!$B:$B=??2' to show the most recent date processed, regardless the NOC code.

Hi All,

Can someone help me to know how to check whether my application is received by CIO, Sysdney office or not.

I sent my application on 12th july through DHL and according to there track record is received on 17th July at 13:08 signed by Dexter.

But i didn't receive any conformation via Email.

wants to know that the details mentioned in spreadsheet by all users under Signed By coloumn is through courier tracker or they received any email.

Just came across this forum and found it super informative.
Hats off to the admins and other contributers who has made this forum a goto guide for all Canadian aspirants.

One of my ex-colleague( in my native country) applied for fsw 2013. His DD is encashed and it shows "In Process" on ECAS, but he has not received any communication/email from CIC yet.He got his Client ID/file number over the phone from CIC.

Can someone pls guide why there is no official email from CIC yet, or what stage is the application at right now.

Hi Dream....so far it can take up to 12 days or more to get PER/communication from CIC. At this stage once a PER is received the file is transferred to the Local VO for medical request or additional documents request. What Noc did your friend apply under. Please encourage him to join ups here and add himself to the tracker.
