@Sandy - Fully agreed. We have raised this concern earlier quoting 'while you slept and I'm awake' ; 8)

I see. But then what happened with those between Raj and the last CC/DD charge in 1112 category? Some information is incorrect somewhere.
Idoit's case was inline with his app receiving date but Raj's isn't. Well I don't want to question anyone of the authenticity of data or either CIC not following FIFO, but some information is certainly incorrect somewhere so there's no point evaluating further.

+1 .... Silently... ;D

finally i hear someone speaking sense.. they cant stop in between and start all over again.. what happens to the DD ( 3 months validity ). This is why i guess they r updating CAP fortnightly and not weekly.. we have seen many fail to make through in the initial update.. Cheers Amit for speaking my words...but i am sure there would be few again back to square one and asking the same thing.. :)

We can't satisfy everyone.....there would be someone someday asking again same thing without even searching.

Hi Guys,

Do you any CIC contact number I can call regarding my UCI?

Thank you!

Now days I am hearing lot of people complaining about the original spreadsheet is not available.HTML version have some issues and for downloadable version downloading again and again is not feasible for ,many users.

I do understand the point of admins as I am an IT guy (don't go with my NOC in our spreadsheet as that is for my wife). It's really difficult to update the spreadsheet in shared drive when more people are accessing it.Both user experience and admin work get affected :-X :-X.

Solution for the problem: Can we have more admins located in different time zones (like US,EMEA,APAC etc)? This will reduce the work of admins and less updation at any particular time zone. 8) 8) ;D

I am pretty sure there are lot of people who are willing to contribute (If you want I can also) to the spreadsheet. ;D ;D

Guys do anyone agrees to this??

In my personal view people are much more comfortable with the original spreadsheet style,So we should provide in that way.

Any way IT guys have lot more solution to this issue the above can be one :D :D :D :D :D

Think of a project and let's say the customer requirement is original spreadsheet..We don't have choice (IT guys) apart from fullfilling the customer request :P :P :P :P :P

Above was just a suggestion don't grill me on that :)

Agree! Not sure if anyone wants to give power away though lol

...Lets us stop this discussion and not assume anything.
Arguing on this topic may fill 10 pages which I dont want to do that.

I luv LUVVVVV this thread! lol! ;D

I agree with amit80203's point of view of document completeness. I can't remember exactly the username of a person who applied this year, his application was returned back in 2011 with Cap Full, BUT, his documents were marked [as Raj0078] and everything was set, BUT, it was still returned because the cap was full.

CIC works in FIFO regardless of the NOC. So, we saw 2174 prime era in last 2 weeks, which is also possible the CIO received a lot of 2174 in that period. Now, other NOC's came in after May 10th, so that's why the charging is some what random now instead of 1 specific NOC. It is possible that 2174 might be filled BUT it is also possible that it is not and the flow of the 2174 has declined a lot in the 2nd week [overall in the CIO and not just this forum].

I can see for NOC 2174 that all DD people are pending....

It's not about the power, it's the responsibility that one is willing to take without jeopardizing the entire data :)

It's possible that we may recruit couple more different time zone admins ;)

Yes, increasing admins would definitely help.
My suggestion is to break down tracker sheet into two parts.
Tracker Sheet-1 can contain NOC 0211,1112,2131,2132 & 2134 (somewhere around 250 entries)
Tracker Sheet-2 can contain rest of d NOC.
This way users will access tracker sheet specific to his/her NOC and will ditribute the load into two parts.
I know it will increase burden of updating two sheets but I guess this is the only way right now when users are demanding access to original trakcer sheet.
What do u think guys? Let us bring back original tracker sheet. :P :P

the things are fine
you can filter/sort the worksheet whatever manner you want it (the original version which is not missing)
just we need is original version everything is good enough.

Concerned noted and it's genuine (Data integrity) and hope to see few more admins from different time zones. So less updates and original awesome spreadsheet back 8) 8) 8) 8)
