Hi Newbie Allspark ,

ok .. I can understand ... IELTS before January also , but any rational person would laugh about your statement "ECA by the end of March"
shows you have not done you homework , goodluck though !!

what i stated is a fact. received news in 2012 itself that ECA will be introduced and the agency adviced its clients to be prepared. they suggested only WES. I have three relatives who got their ECA before march.
