cic only mentioned size of envelop to be 9" x 12".
nowhere colour is mentioned.

If my spouse has a step brother in Canada, would that be considered under adaptability points ? I think they accept only blood relatives for crediting adaptability points.

Step brother can not be considered as relative for adaptability points.
 
You right, the answer is NOPE.
Although it can help if you consider some provincial programs, Saskathevan or Manitoba, and he lives there. I think...

OMG i used the FEDEX envelope since they provide a big discount if you use their envelope... I am screwed too!!! ;D ;D
 
My CC has been charged as of dated 15th July. Kindly update . No PER or rejection mail at the moment.
P.S : NO congratulatory messages plz as its still not sure if I am selected or rejected. We can still be rejected .

Hope all are well and well waiting for the applications and/or looking to file soon. I beleive needa fast.
I mailed my documents through courier on July 3 and courier has confirmed reciept in CIO Sydney Office on July 10, 2013.

Can anyone suggest as what should I expect now? Are they going to send any email / letter etc or what to confirm and acknowledge the application.
I applied under 0211 category. My visa office is London
