We have come to learn that some of the NOC Codes have already met their Quotas, namely:

1) NOC 1112 - Financial and Investment Analysts
2) NOC 2147 - Computer Engineers
3) NOC 3174 - Computer Programmers and Interactive Media Developers

However, the rest of the NOC Codes still have many spaces available. So, if you are still waiting to submit your application, we would be happy to help you get started

I'm not worrying about this, although I'm a late sender. This guy is probably guessing like we all are and probably reading our forum.
Read thoroughly what he's really saying - he says some NOCs filled their quota already and then, "however the rest have many spaces available". So from that you see that he's talking to his future clients - people that yet have to send an application. And obviously those clients will hardly be in 1112, 2174, 2147 and he's calling all the rest to come over to him.

Also - he can't possibly know how much space is available RIGHT NOW, he can only know how much space has been TAKEN up to today (if he has good connections at CIC, which we don't).

So chill out.. We didn't learn anything new from this.

I just got this in email form a private consultant based in canada. His name is Mathew Iwama, pLease google and update yourselves. I hope adminstrators wont take me wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this cannot be true, he is saying that they have processed 100 and more applications, so how come the statistics of the spreadsheet's forum is nearly 90% close to CIC cap updates , even if we have 2 updates so far?
and I think that CIC will update the website as soon as they get any filled up cap to avoid receiving/returned mails for nothing, it's just extra headaches for them!!!

Time will come when things will become clear and all prediction/assumptions/3rd party news will vaporize as if they never existed.

Since I am claiming point for Master's degree, I should only include a photo copy of master's certificate and ECA report? or do I need to include photocopy of all the degree certificates starting 10th class?
