Hi islandbabe, I'm new to this forum. I will be applying for FSWP soon but for now I can't access the FSWP 2013 timeline spreadsheet as Google Drive is giving me the following error:

"You need permission to access this item.

You are signed in as xyz @ gmail.com, but you don't have permission to access this item. You can request access from the owner or choose a different account."

Please help.

The Spreadsheet is still down for maintenance.

If that secondary education diploma means schooling certificate and marksheets, yes you have to send a copy of them to cic with the copy of your bachelor degree as well.

Hello everyone, very useful discussion here!
I have one question to those FSW applicants who could send their applications to CIC early in May:
How could you manage to get your non-Canadian education qualifications assessed and receive your educational credential Assessment (ECA) reports that fast?
I had my IELTS result ready on 4th of May but could not send my application to CIC before the beginning of June waiting for my ECA report eventhough I have sent my documents to the assessment organaiztion (University of Toronto) early in May
Can anyone clarify to me what I missed?
Can it be that all of those who applied early in May have got their education qualifications from Canada?

Why? but in the check list they 've just said to send Secondary OR post secondary certificate!Am I right??
