3) Proofs of Fund ( either original or attested )
4) Proof of Relative
5) and all other documents which is required to furnish to CIC

i send Original IELTS PCC but i send photocopy of WES ECA report and photocopy of work experience letter....
i am so much worried what will happen to my case really confused why i do this mistake :-[

but in document checklist it is written as for the work experience letter that copies (originals may be requested later by an officer)..thats why i send photocopy...any idea?

I doubt if work experience should be also sent in original..As per my lawyer notarized photo copies are ok..And logically also How can you sent original work experience letter to CIC as you will only get one copy from most of the employers? If CIC rejected and due to some reason they have not returned your app then it will be a big trouble for the applicant..Correct me If I am wrong..

What is send is done now wait for the outcome.. why do u have to keep your original experience letter with you.. anyways good luck buddy..keep your fingers crossed

Freebird_76, I applied for WES assessment on 14th April (before announcement) without selecting FSW package (as it was not there); I got my one assessment report on 6th may which i sent to CIC with application and I can see my assessment report online after logon.
I am not contacted by CIC up till now.

Hi Stranger Friendly, CIC has clearly instructed that the report should be after the CIC announsement date about ECA. Since your report is ordered before CIC announsement, not sure how they consider it. You can call CIC helpdesk to know the status.

There is no harm in sending notarized experience letter. how can an employer deny you experience letter. they are bound to give you experience letter on demand ( they would refuse it coz imagine 1000 staff asking them for experience letter every time) - they would have only time to do that job.. Congrats! Cnt believe 2174 can survive Till may 14 th! Now 39ppl on this forum is in the 300 cap of NOC 2174! Wool, hoe popular our forum is!

i agree with you i also send notarized photocopy of my work experience but some of the members here saying that we should send original one .... :-[

any chance the global cap is filled yet?
i am applying under 3215 my app was delivered today!

I don't think the global cap is full so soon. Considering 4-5 hot NOC's and the cold ones, there might hardly be 2500 odd applications that can be accepted and fall in each NOC cap. You should submit your application as soon as possible given your NOC.
