There are. two WelcomeCanada in spreadsheet and my Noc is 2174..

ECA needs to be original and not a copy of the original, that is why ICAS, WES, UoT sends two originals.

Do you know what "unless otherwise stated" means? Next to the ECA, there is a checkbox and it says "original". Sorry to be rude but we are not here to baby sit you...

No thats no ok Khigal. You did the wrong thing. Only original ECAs will be accepted.

1) WES
2) PCC
3) IELTS
4) Work Experience Letter

Attested Photocopies-
1) Passport
2) Educational Document
3) Proofs of Fund ( either original or attested )
4) Proof of Relative
5) and all other documents which is required to furnish to CIC
