when do u think they will start sending files to VO ?

what will VO assess or do exactly .. or just routine work .. will they try to contact the university for credential or employer for work check or any other checks .. or usually some routine work without further checks .. plz advice ?

so do u think that PER open the rest of the way?

i am applying from Saudi Arabia.... i am seeking help regarding ECA.
i am going to send my documents to WES(world Education service) for assessment.
But for pakistani applicants their requirement is "You may make photocopies and have the copies attested by the HEC. The HEC should then place the attested documents in an envelope, seal the envelope, and sign it across the flap before returning it to you to forward to WES. If the seal is unbroken when the envelope reaches WES, the documents will be accepted."

I have my degree and transcripts copies attested from HEC but it is not sealed in envelop.I dont wanna waste time. So shall i send the
transcript and degree to WES like that or shall i seal it first then send to WES for assessment.

Without Seal they will not accept
better have a seal and send afterward

It must be sent in a sealed envelope. Please ask them to write 'Confidential Documents' on the envelope.

When I sent my sealed documents, they were opened by the customs in transit as I did not mention 'Confidential Documents' on it, I guess. Please ask your courier service and take commitment from them that in any case the seal should not be broken.

I had to resend my documents and my FSW1 application got late by about 3 weeks due to this issue.

Good day all, I just placed an order for a duplicate WES copy, I understand it will take one bussiness day to mail. I am a bit concerned because it appears CIC is already overwhlmed with too much papare work. Any body have any idea time duration between the mailing and PER.

ok, i've been reading these posts about wes and the issues about copies they've been asking for.... i'm not sure if i follow it... i've sent my educational assessment docs to ICAS office, and, after the process, they have sent me two originals by post. i submitted a photocopy of it (as soon as they were done processing my file, they sent me an email with a copy of a document), since the documents checklist said i need to submit a copy of it, not an original. i didn't realize there is another way about it

After joining the forum your first post is this.. surprise...I guess you are concluding very fast without verifying the facts.Probably you have read few posts from some members which doesn't seem to be true (very fast processing etc....) but everyone here knows about those posts.People are analyzing based on the information provided by other members and some due to anxiety or other normal human reasons.Till now for me the processing time updates seems logical and this forum helped a lot of people to clarify their doubts.

Everyone is hoping good here for everyone and sometimes few speculate regarding procedures but that will be always there as it is forum.

Remember hope is the only rope which swings throughout life and people are doing the same.Here no body needs Certificate of Genuineness from your side.

if i understood properly, after these changes made in may, it takes about two months for your application to be considered (starting from the date they've received your file), and week or so after your cc or dd has been cashed, you receive your PER..
