Hi Guys,

My application received on May 9th and Fee encashed on 26th of Jun. But I haven't recvd any e-mail from cic regarding the PER, yet. What does that mean?? :'( :'( Is there any hope??

Related to what happened to some people here in forum in forum, something is delaying your PER which is probably WES Report. If you applied for WES without choosing the option of FSW package while applying, so probably u will get an email from them soon asking you to pay for a duplicated report.
when did you apply for WES Report?! before the 18th of April?!

Also, please add your information tot eh spreadsheet so we can have a better idea about what's going on there

I can only answer question 1...I sent simple photocopies.

Question from those who already received PER :

• 
  1- Did you send simple photocopies of documents OR Notarized Copies?
  2- Were copies of non-english documents notarized?
  3- were translations notarized?
  4- did you attach translator affidavit?
  
  Answers to these questions will help those who are still preparing the application... to save time and money.

Hope this turns to be positive because my application has been in process since my CC was charged on the 2nd of July.
I spoke with one of their Call center representative today about the meaning of in process, does it it mean that, have passed the eligibility stage or they are still reviewing my application.
Do you guys think I can do because am getting frustrated, couldn't concentrate at work either.
Help!!!!!

Question from those who already received PER :

Simple copies

2- Were copies of non-english documents notarized?

No. I also even provided simple photocopies of documents originally in English

3- were translations notarized?

Not exactly. In my country (Dominican Republic), translation are made by Judicial Interpreters/Translators (They may or may not be public notaries though)
These are called certified translations.

4- did you attach translator affidavit?

Yes, all translated documents issued by Judicial Interpreter/translator (certified translations) come with their affidavit, sign and seal.

Oh... in my case i first order a duplicate copy of WES first and i received it as dated 24-April-2013. Then i realize there is a difference that the report is to be made viewable to CIC, so i ordered a duplicate copy with the option to make viewable to CIC......

Will this may cause any problem..?

Yes Jig nesh, thank you! the agent said after getting my info that they still cannot find my name since they don't have access with the nova scotia's file. i also asked when will the cap be updated, they said the don't have any idea since it is under nova scotia's control. thanks

I believe your assessment date should be only after 18th April 2013 then only CIC can proceed

My certificate verification date was on April 9th and i ordered a duplicate copy which i got was dated-APril 24 ... This duplicate copy i send to CIC....
