Anyone who has doubt about credit card secure password or 3D password.
Have verified on MasterCard website the detail is below:
Q: Will I be able to make purchases at merchants that accept MasterCard but do not participate in the MasterCard SecureCode program?

A: Yes, you will not be asked for your SecureCode during these purchases.

So even the merchant needs to be a participant of secure code program. In our case CIC is not a participant of secure code program and hence it will not ask for secure gateway or 3D password. Hence, cc details requested in fee payment form is enough. So we can relax in this matter.

contacted cic a moment ago... a nice lady communicated with me, took my details, checked their system and told me that they have no information on my file now.

You are about 3 weeks early in asking about your file :( Right now, CIC is working on 13 ~ 15th May.

People should not contact CIC & their call centre before time. When you see that someone is charged near your submission date, like 21st May is your submission date, and you see an applicants just before your working date gets charged, then call. You'll be disappointed if they are working on May 13th and you call & ask for May 25th or June's first week.

Don't create unnecessary panics for yourself.

jigzyy 13-15th of May means the delivery date of course? So nasty that our package was circling around the world for over 8 days!

Btw, did I get it right that for every NOC they select 1st 300 of complete applications regardless no of points as long as it's 67+ or not?

We actually don't know the actual situation at the CIO. They are not just dealing the FSWP but a whole lot of applications on daily basis. islandbabe's application reached on CIO just 24 hours before mine, BUT, the File # that has been generated for her & mine has a difference of 695 applications. So there're a lot of applications that CIO guys are dealing with. CEC, FSWP, PNP, QSW etc etc.

Yes, the date that CIO received application. Yes, you are correct, they will consider first 300 complete applications for each NOC until 5000 global cap is reached.

Isn't it wierd that nobody get charged after July 8 th? Have a feeling that 1112/2174 are full as of may 10 th. CIC is sending PER but not charge anymore? As of today 18 of this forum on 2174 already get charged, a large number comparing with 300 cap. let's see the CIC's update.

No one being charged after July 8th could only mean that the global cap is reached. Which is very very unlikely, to say it mild. :)
But hey, it's only the morning of July 10th right now. Maybe CIC is out of internet. :)
Or striking as well as others.
Or they don't charge cards on Tuesdays.
Or they have only one person doing the charges and she took a day off. ;)

or their bank called and told them to stop for a while before they make space in "Receiver General for Canada's" account for more money ;)
