I have been wondering in forum since long but couldn't find the desired answers, so please help me answering my below query.

I am a citizen of India and is currently residing in US, I want to apply under FSW category 2013 but not sure about Police clearance certificate requirements, Please tell me that, whether along with FBI do I also need to get clearance certificates from states I resided at present and past in US,as well as clearance certificate from my home country India?

You must provide police certificates from every country where you had residency more than 6 month in the last 10 years.
I think. But might be wrong.

yes you qualify in english test and you get 16 points if you score 6 in all skills.
overall you should get 67 points to qualify and apply.
