Hi Balkanada,

How do you know how many applicants per NOC are in this forum for this particular tread?

I would like to know ho many are under NOC 2131, thank you in advance...

We have a Google spreadsheet where all of the FSW 2013 applicants on this forum left their data:

I am having a tough time reaching cic using this # 613-944-4000 from US.
After dialing this number i select the following options.

English...........= 1
Foreign Affairs.= 2
Immigration.....= 2
Call Transfer......

on call transfer step i hear a message "we are sorry, the toll free number is not available from your calling area"

I have tried this using Atnt, Vonage, Skype and google free call service. How are others calling cic? Please advise.

Congrats to all recent CC charges. You will surely receive PER.
For all those awaiting on charges from previous days. Do not Lose hope. We have seen from the various applicants cc charges and the lack of apparent order that this is a case by case basis . we can only assume that a whole lot of applications by country or region under the NOC department are processed by many different people. So your application might be stuck up with any person. Do make the effort to call the customer care for updates.

Call again a bit later, hide your number or try to use an access number/calling card.

What does "In Process" on ECAS means? Its regarding my Cousin's PR Application. He hasnt recieved any info from bank yet, and no PER email, but we were able to get his Client ID and File Number E000XXXXXX from Call centre.

Can someone pls answer to my query.

Yes, It shows my cousins details and " In process" along with current mailing address.

Does it already mean that his application has PER and met Minimum criteria and file transferred to VO.

Jigzyy - I think this app might be good for PER. I believe one appears in the system once payment is deducted and they are about to get PER.
