Thank you coolguy2010 for your prompt response. By relevant documents, do u mean copies of divorce papers?

Yes, you can continue as your points reach to 68......

When submitting the final applications (all original documents to Visa Office), you need to update the forms again. At that time attached all relevant documents relevant to your relationship.

Hello coolguy2010,

I am sorry but I am a bit skeptical here regarding the "submission of final application".... Are u sure you are talking about the latest procedure for FSW 2013.

I think Misha123 here need to wait till she gets a UCI followed by PER only then she can convey her situation to the VO to which her application is forwarded by CIO. This may cause delay in processing of her application, perhaps due to a re-evaluation of her case by the VO but as long as her revised points are above the pass mark she is good to go.

Hi,

I am new to this forum, just one important question. I have sent my application to CIC on 25th of june, still not reached >:(, but my previous employer didn't mention my salary information on my experience letter and I was in hurry so I sent my application without that. :-[

Note: my current employer has mentioned my salary on my letter.

what are the chances for me, need your help guys.

I checked my application status on following site using UCI which I received for my visitor's visa. I received this UCI after I filed for FSW-13. Basically they used same UCI for my FSW13 application.

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

It says that my application for Permanent Residence Application Status is "in process".
It also shows when my application was received by them (8th of May).

Not a lot of information but lets see how it goes in future.

Hi champ,

You could have provided an explanation letter along with a copy of salary slip, pay stub or something. Anyway just try and calm down. Whats done is done. I think the missing salary info may cause some delay in processing of your application (provide everything else is complete). And if and when your application makes it to VO they may ask you for it.

Thanks a lot ESZB for the help.

Let's hope for the best.

Still little confused that it may cause delay on the initial stage and my application can be returned or it can pass the completeness check and later VO can ask for more information?

A question? After you receive PER and you're being transfered to VO , do you need to resend your complete documents again to VO or CIC does that now?
Because few years ago a friedn applied and we he got PER he resend the complete package again to VO.

Doesn't matter if salary is not on Ref letter as long as you have salary mentioned on appointment letter and appraisal letters. Even I don't have any salary figure mentioned on reference letter but I have attached appointment letter, appraisal letters and salary slips signed by company. So I guess that's fine.

The missing salary should not be a problem at the initial stage. It would have been better that you provided some proof of your salary figure. By not doing that you have put your self at the mercy of your luck and officer's discretion :) Anyway... the visa office will probably ask that info once your application is through to that stage.

Tomorrow (on Jul 01, 2013) there is national holiday in Canada, so I expect above mentioned 3 applicants would get PER on Jul 02, 2013 or may be on Jul 03, 2013.

Keeping the fingers crossed, let see who reports PER day after tomorrow.........

Best of luck for all.
