Yes wait 6 weeks and I recommend u wait till ppl who is at same time with u reported their cc get charged already, otherwise I think u are wasting ur phone charges!

Well from the flow on information thus far, we can see that the numbers of applications are increasing as expected as CIO is taking longer and longer to Charge payment....these are the dates from application receipt to payment being charged thus far

41 days
42 days
43 days
43 days
47 days
47 days
47 days
49 days

And it usaually goes up to as much as 90 days sometimes ......That number Huang provided see mighty useful now.

This looks true!!
This will be proved when they will start in the applications of the 10th of May!

I gave lots of details for job description/experience. My firm do not provide detail job duties so I wrote an explanation letter along with reference letters from team mates(not manager). My firm provided job duties for my h1b visa to US consulate I attached those too. I used some letters that were addressed to US consulate for my h1b along with explanation letter offcourse.

Currently I am in office but I can provide you details later on.
By the way, I am java developer.

Jigs...congrats!

I had a similar situation with the job letter....It did mention what roles I did from time to time along with 40 hrs/ week. But it doesn't have the specific duties in it. However, I also added my H1B petitions that usually mention the job duties. I also mentioned it in my cover letter that they should please refer to these letters to USCIS. I just hope that they don't get ruthless with me and send the app back.

Thanks for the number Huang. I will call them in a bit. I dont know whats going on my case.. Neither CC charged nor Application is returned till now. and I am not hearing any 2147 guys reporting their CC charge too.

@ islandbabe your app was received on May 9th, which mean cic has moved to 9th May applicants, which is a good sign, which means that next week then will move to May10th and May13th applicants.

I have called to CIC several minutes ago and was told that my application hasn't checked yet!
The nice lady on the phone told me to call them only next month...
I wonder if the fact that i didn't mention NOC code on the envelope can cause such a delay... :-\

What do you think?
My app reached CIC office on May 8.

Hello Jig,

We can not trust on India postal service for un-ragisitered mails. My WES report I got in 4 weeks and was chasing every one for this for two weeks.
When I lost my faith from every where I requested for express services and belive me that both comes on same day because my OLD WES report was lying with same bugger postman.

I would also suggest you to vist atleast once Post office to confirm whether you got any letters from intenational destination. Good to vist around 10-11 AM when these buggers will be avialable.
