I already know what your problem is, you already stated it clearly.

I was just curious to know if you would be ok with the suggestion I indicated, that's all.

@Donutbox - I'm ok with it. After all, its only fair. :P

If Sachin now sends his application again will he be put in as fresh application in que or as old one?? considering he got UCI number?

New.

Sure, but 2147 is a vast area. I am an ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) design engineer. Since my job title matches with one of the sample job titles, I just put my everyday duties such as writing code, debugging, performance simulation etc. I never really thought this could become an issue. Now I am going back, and trying to see if everything was matching!

Btw, I am not yet successful, just got the CC charged. Miles to go before I sleep.

Thank you, you just inspired me :D

Sachin, does your company have any generic JD files. For example, when they are hiring, they would have posted the requirements they were looking for. If you could find the one related to your job and have them sign/certify it and attach it to your application, probably this would help.

Ok.

Well, I am in no position to comment on whether it's fair or not fair (considering I don't participate in the sheet), was just curious though.

I guess the "fairness" would need to be determined by those who own and/or those who participate in the sheet.

Based on fsw2174 comments, I realized that my JD was more towards NOC 2173 and not 2174. Since my employer keeps all these JDs generic, I have just asked him to be more towards "Programming" and Database which I actually do. Hoping that might help.
In all, the only thing for me to lose is the courier money, I think I'm OK with it.
