@FSW2174
I spoke to my employer and he's ready to modify the experience letter a little bit, but based on your posts, it seems that its a futile effort, is that so?
Can't I fix my exp letter and sign the payment form and resend the app and wait and watch, nothing to lose, right?

I can't tell you the # of resumes ive sent out. Once they find out that they have to do LMO, it stops there.

wait.....confirm whether you are having below exprience for 2143.
your duties must be similar to this..

@ fsw2174 - this cracked me right up :). But, no, the IELTS wont come until July 5.

I'd not wait for 7/30 too. You never know what can happen, maybe when you send, your parcel gets lost or something so you lose a couple of weeks. 71 points should be more than enough.
My case was - while waiting for WES, i was sure that they will be slow and didn't have everything 100% ready in the meantime. so when they got it back - i was 2hrs too late to send my app the same day. So I lost a day and then when sent it - UPS had a 1 day delay so i got caught by weekend too. SO the delivery was effectively moved from 6/20 to 6/24, which is a lot for NOC 2174. Maybe too much.

Also, if we're to believe the CIC, they said the points don't matter, as long as >67.

see..there is no loss in trying again!, if you are having tons of luck and written trip of canada on your palm you will certainly consider for resending your file.

but what I said was related to past cases which I have seen in other forum!

according to me if you are ok to pay for currier charge then resend your file..never give up dude..CIC has not updated count yet.

@fsw 2174, - its 2243 not 2143.

@balkanada, (knocking on wood right now). I only hope this application is drama free.

Just out of curiosity scotchy007, suppose other members here suggested that the spreadsheet only be open to those who have actually submitted an application to CIC, not those who are in the sheet who are currently preparing an application to be submitted to CIC...would you be ok with that suggestion?

Considering that the spreadsheet is a Google spreadsheet, the owner(s) of the sheet can actually modify the availability of the sheet to limit it to whoever they want to share it with. You can even ask the owners of the sheet to do so...all you have to do is click on the blue "Share" link in the upper right hand corner of the sheet.....you will see the following pop-up....."You can ask the owner to change the sharing settings."

For me, it really doesn't matter whether the spreadsheet is open or closed or if the spreadsheet even existed, it just does not matter (to me)......however, I will admit, I certainly do appreciate the work that the administrators have put into organizing all that data and making it available to the public (including me) and I can appreciate those members who were/are willing to add their entries to the spreadsheet.

My fifty cents on this issue is that most people come here to look at the spreadsheet and get an idea on how CIC is progressing in FSW1 8). If everybody was just lurking and not putting in information, where would we all be.

So, I have no apologies saying that I really don't care for lurkers who read and don't post their info so it can benefit everyone else. And they can take a hike.

I'm only sorry that there isn't a way to limit access to the sheet and provide it based on post counts or posting your profile or some such thing.

That's my rant for the day. All done. On to other things..............

@ islandbabe, fsw2174 and Adrenaline - thanks!

The English test results aren't due till July 5 and the ECA, although sent off by WES June 14 hasn't reached as yet. Gonna keep all fingers and toes crossed that the trends continue as they have the past 2 cic updates. In the meantime, we've got all the forms signed up.
Just need to request his job letters and job descriptions.

Will let you know when we have everything ready. ;D

Are we seriously back to this again?

It seems you chose what you thought I said and ignored what I really said.

My problem exists with people who lurk and view the spreadsheet for their benefit without contributing to the thread or the tracker. That being said, if the spreadsheet is locked until you send in your application, of course I'm ok with that. Where would the problem be? Until I submit my info, looking at other peoples info in a sheet like that is a privilege not a right. I'm still free to contribute to the thread.

I already know what your problem is, you already stated it clearly.

I was just curious to know if you would be ok with the suggestion I indicated, that's all.
