people in past 2008 and 2009 tried to resend application with updation of duties and were rejected straigh forward saying that "you are not sure what roles and responsibility you are performing in your organization and hence closing your case"

check trackiit forum you will find such a case!!

Please don't get me wrong i am not trying to hurt anybody feeling here..

My well intention is that if any wishes to resend the application by simply adding more job description to match the NOC, do you think that it is more harm than good? especially when you don't really do that job..that might be fraud. The question is what you have to do if you still desire to try again and you really do the relevant job to defend CIC when they said your profile does not match..more prove, right???

@Kenkirin - Nobody took you wrong, don't worry. Good luck.

@fsw2174 - Thanks.

@ SoniaShoeb - No offenses taken but I thought the discussion was already buried. The topic was already closed. Let's not dig the mummies and let's not start group-ism. We are all equal here

This is a general message to all and particularly to a pinch-ful some

I could barely recall disobeying/hurting/quarreling or otherwise disorienting the thread's main agenda, yet there are a few who offer a -1 silently. And someone did again just now!

8) But I could care less! 8)

Added :)

Are you sure it was an -1? Because until 10min ago you had a +7 and I gave you another +1 for previous post and 'waking up the mummies'. :) And I do see you have +8 now?

Just a off topic but for knowledge point of view!

To undestand 2174 better read 2173 first, because most of the people actually work for 2173.

and if you observe the word by word and understand what 2174 and 2173 contains then definitely you will be in better position to understand the 2174 NOC.

Most of the people write 2173 related duties against 2174 and thinks that duties are meeting with 2174.

Also in first 2-3 weeks of May, many people write job duties which are not related to 2174 because of hurry or may be to speed up the process!

@Balkanada - Yes, I got + as well as - almost at the same time. Well, thanks for the up, I'm obliged and owe you. And sorry, don't go by the word mummy; it's just a statement.

If you see the persons statistics, you will see +x/-y.

(BTW, islandbabe's statistics are encouraging; it gives me hope, lol ! Just kidding)

@1978BUBUN

Will you please share the sample job description for NOC2147? as you are successful...want to understand it better.

Thanks.

Seniors, I have a question related to Sachin's case.

the normal procedure for CIO (as per our guess work) is to first charge CC and then check eligibility based on NOC.

In Scahin's case, even though he did not sign the payment form, CIO checked his eligibility based on his NOC. does it mean that this year CIO is checking eligibility and then charging CC?
It this is the case then those whose CC got charged cleared all stages related to CIO and PER is the next step for them.

first they will check ALL FORMS WITH SING , Then they will count POINTS, then they will check DOCUMENTS and DUTIES and then PAYMENT GATEWAY.

Once this is done they will send you AOR(File number). You are then moved to second stage meaning you file will be transfer to LOCAL VO.

We are applying under 2243. We self calculated 71 points but that's with 5 years of experience. It will be 6 years as of July 30. Do you guys think, (based on the trends so far (unpopular NOC ) that its better to wait until we have the full 6 yrs experience and get 73 points or just send the application now with 71 points?
