C'mon people... it's so easy playing an "elite" role, even in such funny and non-valuable thing like a forum. This is just an online forum, with a bunch of people in it, with ages from 20 to 60, some are stupid, some are geniuses, some are in the middle. Well ok, maybe we are all geniuses. :) And we're just scribbling a bit, being nervous, scared, sometimes funny.
Why would anyone thing that he/she has some more rights to do anything because they came in 2 weeks earlier and had 5 more posts or something like that?

I have seen that so many times, in many forums and it always is sad to see it.
Maybe the guy who comes in the last of all actually has 3 PHDs and he spent last 10 year curing ill children in the desert? But here he is new so he is to be told "shut up" etc, because he's a "newbie"?

I wish there was a 'like' button below your post...very well said 'balkanada'. Only because someone is posting more than others does not make them an expert in the field. I mean i can just sit infront of my laptop and post a reply to every topic...i will surely become a star member, but that will not make me any 'superior' than a newby...neither it will make me an 'expert'. This is a public forum and everyone has access to it...thats the 'ultimate truth'. There may be hundreds of people who probably have read every word in every page but have not posted anything...fair enough! if some people are annoyed by that then they are most welcome to open private forums where you require membership to access/log in and view.

The fact that there are more than 250 people registered in the spreadsheet is because its a open forum and people are free to post their info if they wish to. I believe we are here to help everyone in every way possible to get their application successfully processed. And people who are new and require help have every right to ask the same questions many times as lets be realistic...a person will not go through 400 pages in a forum to look for answers..they'll just simply ask...and if someone is kind enough to respond...then i'm sure the person might find this place helpful and trustworthy enough to post their CIC info (which actually helps the admins to do a better analysis)...and if they are ignored or shunned...they'll just leave without providing any info.

Just sharing my thoughts...extremely sorry if i have offended anyone...definitely not my intension.

@Sunny - Congratulations! You really waited that long since 2010. Amazing! You must be laughing on the anxiety of ppl here and remembering your old days when your wait period started.

I can understand your point of view but to help each other one need to maintain sanctity of this forum.
If someone come over and put forth false claim, behave irresponsibly and act in a manner which make truest member go nuts to think why the hell I am wasting my time here, then it does not serve the purpose of helping each other and of this forum.
A lot of people will come but it is the duty of serious ones to make this forum successful.

Sachin, it may be useful if we ask Dan84 to post the content of his job letters, if he is so inclined.

His main functions and responsibilities as a Software Developer, included:

• Responsible for leading the process of requirements gathering, enhancement design, data migration, adaptation, integration and installation of software products (xxx, xxx and xxx) used by xxxx, xxx providers.
• Development of various real-time xxx applications.
• Perform any necessary configuration and performance tuning of installed applications on customer premises.
[and so on....]

If you need any further information, please do not hesitate in contacting us.

Yours Sincerely,

I used the template of the Australian Computer Society's example (see below) as a guide. I modify it to include the CIC's required info and my job duties details.
After that, (and this was the hard part) I managed to get my past and current employers to sign and seal them.
Good luck!

@ SoniaShoeb - No offenses taken but I thought the discussion was already buried. The topic was already closed. Let's not dig the mummies and let's not start group-ism. We are all equal here

I have post many blog..saying 2174 duties are most important and most of the file will return on not satisfying the duties mentioned..
sachin is example..

@ kenkirin - People are smart here. Let's not hurt who are already in trouble. Sometime a silence is better heard than loudness. Seriously!

Please don't get me wrong i am not trying to hurt anybody feeling here..

My well intention is that if any wishes to resend the application by simply adding more job description to match the NOC, do you think that it is more harm than good? especially when you don't really do that job..that might be fraud. The question is what you have to do if you still desire to try again and you really do the relevant job to defend CIC when they said your profile does not match..more prove, right???

Dear

search with fsw2174 you will find duties related post in this topic and separate topic as well.
