My fifty cents on this issue is that most people come here to look at the spreadsheet and get an idea on how CIC is progressing in FSW1 8). If everybody was just lurking and not putting in information, where would we all be.

So, I have no apologies saying that I really don't care for lurkers who read and don't post their info so it can benefit everyone else. And they can take a hike.

I'm only sorry that there isn't a way to limit access to the sheet and provide it based on post counts or posting your profile or some such thing.

C'mon people... it's so easy playing an "elite" role, even in such funny and non-valuable thing like a forum. This is just an online forum, with a bunch of people in it, with ages from 20 to 60, some are stupid, some are geniuses, some are in the middle. Well ok, maybe we are all geniuses. And we're just scribbling a bit, being nervous, scared, sometimes funny.
Why would anyone thing that he/she has some more rights to do anything because they came in 2 weeks earlier and had 5 more posts or something like that?

I have seen that so many times, in many forums and it always is sad to see it.
Maybe the guy who comes in the last of all actually has 3 PHDs and he spent last 10 year curing ill children in the desert? But here he is new so he is to be told "shut up" etc, because he's a "newbie"?

Yes, since CC is of ur friend and credit card data details (like signature, name on cc) of ur friend will be verified by bank to process the fee.

Guys, its always better to check original Fee payment form IMM5620E....
It clearly states that for DD payment only Section A need to be filled while for CC, Section A & B need to be filled and its only in Section B where one need to sign.

That's not what I meant Balkanada. My problem is when you come here and see people do all this hard work and all you can do is criticize without even assisting.

By posting up your profile if you have one then it makes the spreadsheet more correct and in turn helps everyone. But when you lurk and then join and post some BS it throws the whole thing off. The people who do the spreadsheet are not being paid! (Well not with money) They do it simply because its helpful and they themselves are helpful. For someone to just come and negate all the hard work and talk all sort of BS is really painful and .......grrrrrrrr.

DWL. This is hilarious. Did I say anything about limiting people's posting rights?! Nope, don't think I did. I mentioned their access rights.

To show you why, let everyone who posted their timelines remove them, then where would we all be. Timelines are the life blood of a tracker. Without it, trackers would be useless.

We would all be sitting blind. So then, why can't people just be fair. If you benefit from the Tracker created by the awesome people here, why don't you supply your information so it can make the tracker even better. As opposed to you solely benefiting from others' information.

Could you still amend your jd, to include a line which says that you wrote code? i think that's very key to 2174. Your JD below is spot-on for 2173 though, software engineers. Truth be told, I don't see the difference bet. software engineers, and computer programmers....

Remember that CIC gave Sachin the UCI which means they can always track back on how one's application was returned at the first time. Adding extra lines in job description trying to match the main duties required in this NOC requirement may not help unless more evidence is given like emails proving that you have really been working on coding.

And mine, too. So far I haven't received any communication from CIC, although my CC was charged on 19th June.

I haven't received any emails from CIC yet. My CC just got charged today so I confirmed with my bank that the charge came from CIC.
I think this is consistent with pharmacistfarhan's experience.

Did you photocopy your entire application? Check those before you kill yourself with anxiety
