the date is 14th June and they have issued me the UCI too.

I think that's good as you have already a UCI, all you need is recheck and send ASAP. All the best.

NO.......NO.. No, don't feel dejected. Consider the example of Marta. I strongly suggest you to just sign the fee payment form and send the package back to CIO ASAP. You will just have to pay courier charges.

@Sachin

I totally agree with PharmacistFarhan ... don't loose your faith, you won't loose anything to retry

OK, so here's the problem, I initially posted my first feedback from my wife's phonecall who opened the packet.
There are 2 things:
1. The experience doesnt match the NOC Code 2174.
2. Sign on the Fee Payment form was missing as I used the CC option.

Now, in terms of experience letters, I used the similar words and not sentences as mentioned in the HRSDC website, not sure, what I'm missing from the experience letters. I can ask my current employer to change it now, but not sure, if it would make sense at this time.
Any suggestions !!

Aww.. im so sorry to hear that. can u please post the job description u wrote in exp letter. maybe someone can help then.

@ Sachin - Oh well, it's majorly the experience that's critical. CC sign issue was secondary.
Looks like they were not satisfied with the profile as described. It does not have to match word-by-word.

Is that the only job that you used to claim experience for 2174 what was the position title?

Hi Sachin,

Can you upload the refusal letter somewhere and post the links ...?

what is the problem on fee payment method? CIO informed us if we use Money order, just we have to fill the section A of fee payment form which is without a place for applicant's signature. just we have to fill section A (without signature) and enclose the Money Order.
correct?

Apart from this main experience letter, which is my current occupation, I used 4 more IT experience letters, out of this I used NOC code of 0211

I dont think I can now change the Job title to Programmer Analyst !!

@ sachin9183

Now I see why they issued UCI. I just wish I'm wrong. Weird!

Well, there is no mention of "Coding" in the duties... but the NOC says ... Programmers ...
