Guys, its always better to check original Fee payment form IMM5620E....
It clearly states that for DD payment only Section A need to be filled while for CC, Section A & B need to be filled and its only in Section B where one need to sign.

Why only Fee payment form; it applies to each and every page in the application. Well, that's known but mistakes still happens.

Guys, I don't know but for whatever reasons, this one thing has been taking its toll on me..Now since sachin app being sent back due to fee form, i am more concerned...

In section A of fee form it asks DD guys, Name and address of payer if different from principal applicant...Since I was the payer I left these two fields blank...should I have wrote N/A?..At that time it seemed more logical to leave these fields blank

Total is not coming. You can however match with the left grid that says, 10,20,30 etc etc. Hovering over them will show the Count of the last Update.
