Dear Friends:

Please refrain from posting any information other than something relating to FSWP 2013 timeline.

Anyone having doubts in filling the forms or queries should post their queries in a thread wholly dedicated to helping new applicants.

Can anyone of our respected members can start a new thread aiming to help new applicants or clearing doubts? If so, and then if anyone posts any questions regarding how to file the application, we can all agree upon and post the same standard reply such as:

Please post your queries on this thread: .......................... so that we can limit our posts to the main theme of this thread (FSWP 2013 timeline). Thank you.

I think since she is in the U.S., even if others got rejected, she had to receive her package first. This week will be much more informative, hopefully some fees will be encashed from credit cards, and than we will know what is the situation. If anyone is still there, with his/her CC not charged, but others' cards behind him/her get charged, than that is a bad news. Otherwise of course if anyone's CC gets charged, then that is the good news we are waiting for. Ppl with DD's can inquire at their banks, when others around them start getting fees encashed. So patience, this week or the next will give us a lot of new information.

I like Jig nesh's theory. I am In US too and my lawyer is in Canada who will be communicating with CIC. Since Marth's application was processed on or before 30th May,
I believe lots of others (including mine) could have been processed through initial assessment or what ever they are doing by now. My lawyer already informed me that they are not expecting any communication from CIC this month. I believe now CIC will communicate only if application is rejected at this stage, i can be wrong on this. Lets cool down a bit and assume that "no new is good news".

I think we discussed this thing on 20 pages at least.

So, I believe that:

Forms downloaded & filled BEFORE May 4th are not acceptable.
Forms downloaded & filled ON OR AFTER May, 4th will be acceptable, whether they are modified later.

But Why others (who have submitted b/w 6th - 10th) have not contacted by CIO? They should receive an acknowledgement email from CIO at least. It means that they are only contacting those, who have submitted the old forms (Forms before 4th May).
Those who have submitted apps b/w 8th to 10th May, need to check their CC & DD and update us, so that we can control our anxiety

I am also in US and there are some more guys whose application sent before 10th are in US. none of US received any communication till now.

This raises another question that if initial assessment is correct , then why other folks have not receive acknowledgement email from CIO?

If you go 2 pages back, I have built the same theory.

Now if any application up to 10th May is going to be returned, we would have come to know either last week (for US/Canada folks) and this week too for the folks living in Europe and Asia counting the mail delivery time. So this is stage 1.

Stage 2, lets assume that all the applications in our forum at least till May 10th passes the first stage which is application completeness. what happens next??? They sure are not cashing the money yet so my belief is that stage 2 has eligibility criteria which is pass mark, work exp, NOC code.

Stage 3 would be (very quick in this case after finishing stage 2 ) en cashing the fees, generate the file number and communicate to applicant.

It may happen that stage 2 require more time to have thorough check before they move to stage 3 and if that's the case then we might not hear about CC charge for another week or so.

But then again, this is my speculation.

I have 3+3+2.5+.5+2= total 11 lac fixed deposit by my own name for last one years.
1) Is it correct or I have to one fixed deposit for all money?
2) As I have fixed deposit is it needed to show my savings account statement?
3) I need a bank certification letter which told that I have that money, there is no need to send my FDR receipt's copy, am I right?

you can have multiple Fixed deposits

If you have sufficient amount in FD no need to show savings account balance

You need bankers letter as well as FDR copy
