damn i chose toronto....are the rejection rate higher for ppl who choose toronto?? im really worried...but this shudnt be a criteria for rejecting ppl....what they may do then is try all their best to find a flaw in that application to reject.....is it right???

Nop.. its not criteria to select any application..... they are not having any limitation state wise. for that they have different programs... FSW immigrats are open to land and stay in canada where they want.
 
So did any one get any reply from the email to the minister?

Do be aware that the minister himself is not going to directly look into the mail , its his office/department/reception that is going to address the mails. As is the case with 99.99% of high level govt officials.

So kindly Do not hesitate to request for information regarding cap count. You can quote the web page updated by CIC which clearly state that they would update cap count numbers every week.

Also if any one has received any reply from the ministry do share.

Do you guys think, CIC will consider complete and eligible/complete 300 applications or just first 300 applications (complete/incomplete, eligible/ineligible) for each occupation?

They will consider only the eligible and completed 300 applications.
