Do you think it would create a problem if the Generic form we have sent was still dated (2012-12)E. That was the form i save in the computer never changed it again. There were no differences from the questions to the form dated 2013-4,though it has in the barcoding once validated.

Please enlighten me.

So Bank certificate stating abt funds in cad dollars are sufficient right along with copies of Fd.
