Hello friends,

earlier in this timeline forum someone has post his/her views about selection procedure of applications regarding 300 cap and over all 5000 application.
It has been written that(earlier in this forum) as application will receive they will check the completeness of file and will consider its as a "likely to be assessed."

Can anyone imagine that everyday they will check each file and make decision that the file is viable or not.?

Can anyone please enlighten this process according to their experience or knowledge.?

agree same happened with me. and many more.. they updated the website extremely late while th ecap for 1122 was filled in 1st week of July - 7th July or so.. and webiste still showed cap open until auguest end or something... cant rely on their webistes but hope theyve learnt from the past and this time they'll be more accurate n responsible.. rather than allowing ppl to keep putting time n effort even wen the cap is filled

Is it complete applications that were CHECKED as of July 27, 2011?
OR
“Applications RECEIVED toward the overall cap: 413 of 10,000 as of July 27, 2011” as written on CIC update (links posted by jigzyy)
I think they are totally different unless they immediately checked for the completeness the day they received the applications..
Or we really can't rely on their website's update. What do you think?

It should have been sent last May 11 but thanks to the 'negligence' of my agency, it was only sent last May 15 thru DHL and expected date of received by CIO is within this week.

By the way, what NOC are you applying for? Mine is 2134. Keeping my finger crossed since I've noticed that there is only 1 in this forum with the same NOC.

1. I am appling for NOC 2147 and currently working in an other NOC should I have to submit an experience letter for current NOC as well in the same format like duties, working hours and salary.

2. whaterver we will write in Assesst we have to give prove of it as well?

3. Should we have to submit all bank accounts balance certificates as I have more than one?

Sent in Application to Sydney Nova soctia :- Nov 19 2009

Got Positive Response Jan 10 2010

Hand in Documents March 10 2010 to Canadian High Commission

Medical Late July 10 2010

Got Visa Sep 15 2010

Arrive in Canada Apri 16 2011

Wow, application to visa in hand took less than a year! Didn't know that previous years were this fast.

You have almost an identical profile to 2013fsw2174, its gonna be challenging for you both to meet the cap I think, fingers crossed that your packages get to CIC today and somehow make the cap, as its seems you are both applying for the most popular Noc.

3. Should we have to submit all bank accounts balance certificates as I have more than one? You have to submit only enough to prove that you have proof of funds, if one account can cover that then it is fine, but it good to show that financially to are in a good position.

I had to choose DHL since UPS didnt have office in my city.
So I can only hope that application reaches by end of week. The DHL tracker still shows departed from India
I have doubt regarding application received and signed by column in the spreadsheet.
Is this provided by courier company or CIC.
Also if someone signs the mails does that mean my app has reached within cap?
