Hello, I have a question regarding the PCC, I have submitted 2 PCCs out of 4 required, the remaining 2 require around 2 months since I have to get them through the embassies. Should I start applying for them now or should I wait until at least the DD is cashed?

As per my experience with my younger brothers application. Best is to wait till you are sure.

Well, I get 2 copies or in other words 2 exactly the same documents.( 2 originals= 2 copies=2 documents, however you call it)

the 2 copies are included with the FSWP package and not the WES Basic. If you have signed up for the FSWP, you should have got two.

If it takes 2 months, than better get started. It will roughly take 1 - 2 months till you know for sure that your application is accepted and has been transferred to respective VO. IF you start than, it'll take 2 additional months in your application processing. Better to have it ready before you get the notification of sending them.

you know, i have got those PCCs twice before, one on July12 and another time on Jan13 when they said they are going to resume the program early 2013. Both have expired before I can use them now. I'm afraid if I request a third one, they will kick me out of the embassy ;D

A simple answer would be to look at the report you received from Wes and compare it to one another FSW applicant received. Since you have already sent of your report this is not possible...however an applicant asked me to do this for him a few weeks ago....and the reports were identical.....well except for a code in the top right hand corner that Wes said was an internal control number. I believe that Wes has enabled CIC with the facility to verify assessments online.....if this is so....then the issue as always would be to get Wes to ensure that they verify your info to CIC/Provide CIC with the needed info (whether this be enabling them to see your assessment online or sending them a paper copy). My suggestion would be to follow-up with WEs consistently to ensure that they do what they are supposed to.

As i did order FSWP Package and paid $180 for it as well. Now after the fax they have updated my sent date as 16th . Earlier Document sent date was 3rd May 2013.
And as for your question, Middle east takes 1 moth for PCC . India 3 days , UK & Europe 10 days and I dont know about US.
Best is wait for your file to be transferred to VO.
When the files are transferred to VO , it sits there for another 6 months at least.
In that time you can apply for PCC.

I have been fortunate enough ( for the First Time) that I spoke to WES representative who said that It might be a computer Glitch as to why i was sent only 1xreport. They have processed my complaint and would send the other report by next week. And my report conforms to the FSWP 2013 as per the representative.
Bit relieved now. My report reads 241xxxx / ca.

There are only 69 candidate who has file to CIC. BELOW ARE THE DETAIL AND OUTOF THAT 69 ONLY 25 CANDIDATES WHO HAS FILE AGAINST 2174 NOC.

LETS CONSIDER IF THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT IN PART OF ANY FORUM BUT HAS FILE TO CIC ARE ABOUT 100 THEN STILL THERE IS 175 QUOTA FOR 2175 IS LEFT.I THINK NEXT WEEK IS STILL FINE TO SUBMIT THE FILE.

FOR 2174 THESE CANDIDATE ARE DECLARE LUCKY BY WES AS THEY HAVE GOT REPORT VERY QUICKLY!! ALL THE BEST FRIENDS!
