check with ICICI agian because i got a DD with 6 months validity . Mention them this is international DD they will understand and issue for 6 months

As per CIC document checklist, when we submit our documents to CIC, the expiry date of certified cheque or Bank Demand Draft must be atleast 5 months into the future. I checked with ICICI and Axis bank, both provide DD with 3 months expiry. Please advise which bank to approach which provides DD with expiry atleast 5 months into the future.

I know I know it sucks, but, it'll let us know what kind of profiles, applications are being called, or moving ahead faster than others.

It couldn't be the correct forum, however, would be happy if anyone can let me know what points to assume in my case.

1) My years of experience is 10 days short of 4 years. ( 3 years , 11 months, 20 days)

So would I have 11 points or 12 points for my work ex.?

2) By the day the application reaches CIC, I would have 4 years experience, so can i put 4 years exp or 3-4? \

Can we Include the total points in the spreadsheet. I believe the CIC will select based on the rankings.
As mentioned in their website, they give importance to Language proficiency, thatswhy the maximum points awarded to English is 24. Previously it was 16 only.

My guess is either overall points or points in language.

Others please share your thoughts.

I have seen several thought as u said before, but today I finally be able to say "u r wrong" because I just receive an email from CIC, here is their reply:
The first business day after the opening of the Cap was 06 May 2013. All applications are treated as first come first service basis. If you application were received prior to 04 May, it will be reviewed under the Ministerial Instructions in place at the time, and returned to you.

It is interesting that I write a email to them on April asking how they select FSWP this year and they reply me 1 month after. ^-^

I have also send the application on 11 May from New Delhi. Just furious to know when it will reach Sdney as it is right now in Goffs, Nova scotia.

Can you please tell me which courier you have choosen. I have used Fedex
