1. In general translated documents are needed to be certified. If an English/French document is directly related to the decision-making of your application, then its photocopy would be asked to be certified by CIC but it depends on which country you applied from and the circumstance of your application.
2. If you don't provide work reference letter, you give CIC a good reason to delay or return your application. Your degree indeed also is a potential problem which can only be overcame by stronger, credible work reference documents you provided.

Good u have applied however reference letters are mandatory , you are engineer that is fine however you have to prove cic that you are working with account dept and u should have reference letters ... all the best if other documents are fine they may consider your case be cool

please include my details as well: 2174- Application sent on May 11th-New Delhi, India, CC

Guys,
Do you agree about this

"With regard to scoring points for work experience, not all of your experience must be in one of the above occupations.

So long as you have work experience in any National Occupational Classification category “A” “B”: or “O” in the last 10 years, you can also count those years towards your points for work experience. You only one continuous year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) of work in one of the occupations listed above"

Means if i applied for NOC 2131(4+years) then i have experience as Supply Chain officer as NOC 1225 (2+years)this would add to my experience points that means i will get max points ( 6+years)=15points.

is this the way they calculate points for work experience.

Guys let me know your.

Thanks
