I'm still to recieve my ECA but rest everything is complete.. WES sucks..

Anyways was just wondering which is the best and fastest courier agency from New Delhi to CIO.. From the posts I see that UPS offers 3 days delivery.. I h=just called them and they are charging INR 4100 for this....

Is this the same for others as well... Or is there a better option from Delhi to send out the documents...??

From what I have seen this year UPS is the best, but do your homework and see what you find.

1. In general translated documents are needed to be certified. If an English/French document is directly related to the decision-making of your application, then its photocopy would be asked to be certified by CIC but it depends on which country you applied from and the circumstance of your application.
2. If you don't provide work reference letter, you give CIC a good reason to delay or return your application. Your degree indeed also is a potential problem which can only be overcame by stronger, credible work reference documents you provided.

I want to add to my details that- after my Undergrad in Engineering I have also done my Masters in Engineering Management which had a course in Financial Accounting. This course gave me an opportunity to transition from a IT job to my current job in Finance.

I have appended my records such as Annual appraisal letters and Goal Sheets which detail my job responsibilities. But my employer may not be willing to provide a reference letter with my job description in it ( I could only get a system generated letter from my company's employee portal- it states that I've been working here from a certain date in certain dept. etc. But does not describe my roles & responsibilities).

Can you suggest some ideas on how I can add/support my case in 1112.

Congrats mate!!!

I sent my package on 7th and my status on DHL just got updated to "With Delivery Courier".....these DHL people f**** me over!!!!! You sent your package on 8th and it got delivered this morning.......and mine hasnt been delivered yet......What courier did u use???
Similarly, in 2011 I had missed the 500 cap by a few hours........ this is what I call fate!!!

I would sue DHL if I miss the cap coz of them...ahahah!!!! i'm stressing out so much....

If you already submitted your applications, I am afraid that there is nothing you can do it effectively at this stage except just waiting the first response from CIC. They will vertify your primary work experience not just based a worker reference letter but also past work histroy, work duration, related education, company information...If there is any inconsistency existing in there, it will definitely raise their suspicion.
