Hookabar, our applications are on same flight. My update says same thing, it is suppose to reach on Wednesday. I have called FedEx 15 times and requested for expedited delivery. I dont think they can do anything on this matter now. The most they will do is that it will reach early Wednesday.

I still so astonished that there is no service from Delhi, India which reaches there early.

Seriously such a bad service fedex has. Why isn't there no activity today??

Why do they leave important packages like this specially important docs. ..even I called fedex and rep was saying he will send an email for faster delivery...I dont think that will b of much help

Iam just praying our hard works dont go in vain n v make it.....

Where is it now? Mirabel? I posted there track before. If its in Mirabel, than they are going to do tomorrow:
1 - Mississauga, ON
2- Dieppe, NB
3- Goffs, NS

Than day after tomorrow [Wednesday], morning around 9 AM Sydney time, you'll get a status about at Destination FedEx Location, and around 10.30 - 10.45 AM, it'll get delivered.

No use of emailing, calling them. They are going to do this anyway.

All I can say is that for persons in Nocs 2174, 2147 & 1112 whose applications do NOT make it to CIO this week...I believe their chances will be slim to none. For those of us who have made it in the first two weeks....its just a waiting game...only CIC knows the end result, we just have to wait and see.

can we send our application without the police certificate at this moment? The instruction says it is not really necessary at this moment. Mine is not ready and I just want to send them the receipt that I have applied for it but takes time to be issued.

Yes You can. I did the same.

Surpirised because when I asked UPS they said that they will deliver on same day as FedEx said. For Assests I put funds availiable $12000 with no liablility. Same amount shown in funds available.

Ups has service in that area and purolator delivers it.
Moreover did u choose express or express saver pack? This matters as well.

I do not think at this stage a and b are really important, that will be if you get to the next stage at your VO. At this stage the answer to C and the accompanying proof is what is most important.

I stopped calling FedEx after I read your post because they are just doing lip service to me and hookabar that they will do something but I know the truth that it will be delivered on wednesday morning. Only think we can do is to pray. By the way what do you think about 3142 ? I think it will take some time to fill this category.

I hope I will make it.

Oh such a waste if both forms are accepted then why bother updating the little footnote? Something tricky? It sounds like you know so much insider info about CIC (I guess so based on your ID and your previous posts), can you check with them and confirm this? even better if they update a little note on their website..lots of applicants will much appreciate it.

As the most standard and important application form, Imm0008 applies to almost all immigration categories include skill trade which started at Jan 2013. CIC will make an official announcement if there are any changes on the content or format of Imm0008 as they did in year 2010. The changes of "footnote" does not alter the content and format of the form so no need to worry in here.
