Don't you think that the column for the duration since the application sent should be better the duration since the application delivered or received?! as this will be the real duration of the application process. Or at least we can add a column for this duration, what do you think?
That's a good advice, I also agree with that. The duration since the application was received is the real important information.
The other one (Received Date - Sent Date) is only somewhat useful if we know the shipping company used.
Please consider adding this column.
Thanks.

Hi

Pls update details :

]Row no 74: visa office :Delhi, 2174, sent on 10May13, fee cc

My application reached on 9th May, mine is NOC 2174.

Not sure how many have reached previous week for 2174, but could see a quite a number of people sending in the one courier shop I used.

When we will know, how much quota has been filled up? Any one has an idea on this?

Couldn't CIC give a clear answer? This should not be the applicants' fault...
I also used the old generic form, the release note issued on May 3rd said clearly, new application kit for FSWP will be released later today!!!

Please suggest the best way to sent documents to CIC - through courier or regular mail. They have specified 2 addresses - regular mail (PO Box) and courier. And the best and fast option to dispatch the same from Delhi to CIC.

Kumar your case has been added to the tracker, please lets me know your VO, Payment Type, date your application was sent as well as the name of the person who signed for your package.

Bro... You are welcomed on board the CIC scheme.

I had that thought too. In fact, I waited till 1am may 4 (Canadian - Ontario) time before I printed out all that was available as update on their site.

Before I did, I even went to read all news releases to be sure that no pending update. I concluded that no form will be changed beside the checklist and Schedule 3 because of these changes are reflected on the Instruction guide.

Till now, I am yet to figure the change in content for the generic form. If any one knows.. pls tell us.

Nonetheless, I am highly optimistic that both will be accepted since there is really no content change unlike the other two forms

Can anyone confirm if the following versions of the forms are correct

IMM5612 5-2013
IMM0008 4-2013
IMM5669 12-2012
IMM0008 5-2013 - Schedule 3
IMM5562 5-2004
IMM5620 3-2013

I am also not able to type into IMM 5562 ( Supplementary Information - Your travels ). Do we need to fill it with pen?

My second question is - Normaly notary public ( in Pakistan ) do not have stamp with statement "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,So, those who have submitted douments - did you write it with pen on every document and then got attested?

They will have to write it out as per the instruction guide.

dont worry too much about language for notary public. if any of your documents need translation (urdu to english) then you need to notrized it. As long as it is notrized, it should be fine.
