Hey pepto i see thatt my package started from memphis. Good atleast package is moving on weekends otherwise I thought that will also not happen

Hey jigzy can u confirm fedex route after memphis and when do u expect it to reach NS???
Memphis to Mirabel, PQ. It will stay there for about 10 - 12 hours. Than Mississauaga, Ontario, than Dieppe, NB and than Goffs NS. It'll be done same day. Than after about 24 hours, it'll move from Goffs to Sydney. I'd say, except it to be delivered at least on Tuesday.

Why sending transcrpits in a sealed envelope anyway?

We received it from the university sealed.

In the document checklist Point no. 13 It is mentioned for the principal applicant and the spouse. Isn't is right?

Yes. You don't need to send in sealed envelope. Just copies of you and your spouse's educational documents. That's it.

Sealed envelopes are for WES. Not for CIC.

Hello,

In Feb-13 we applied under FSW experience class and applied to Nova Scotia. Application was received by them on 14-Feb. Till date we have not received any update or mail or info from them. Is there a way to check the status online without receipt number or UCI number?

Or is it advisable to mail out another complete set of application and required documents again under new FSW procedure.

Please advise iam stuck here.

Cheers :o

Send the CSE.

Is there any possibility to call CIC and ask them whether they have received my application or not? ::)

DHL sent me an e-mail confirming that my application was delivered to CIC on 09th of May, however when I asked for delivery time and name of the recipient they told me that the proof will be sent later to me:(. I don't believe in this explanation.

Thanks for your response jigzyy..
Whats CSE? and where do i get that from!! Sorry if it was a dumb question..iam new to the process :-)

Case specific Inquiry. You can contact them after 6 weeks [after the application received] to know the process.

Jigzyy.....Ok, should i send an email to CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca with my details and ask them status OR is there any contact number.

I don't exactly know the email, but it should be on CIC Website.

I just spoke with a call representative at CIC using the contact provided earlier.

He said that he cant say if they will accept or return the application package with IMM008 Generic Form dated 12-2012.

Again, CIC played smart... Why update a form dated 04-2013 in May. Worst... why delay the update of this form if it has been ready since April till Saturday evening of May 4 when they said that new forms will be available before FSWP opens on May 4.

Really, I dont know why CIC operates like a secret organisation.

Fingers crossed till CC gets charged.

Couldn't CIC give a clear answer? This should not be the applicants' fault...
