Please update if ur CC has been charged etc.

There were no applicants for 2174 with CC on 22nd, in fact one guy in the forum whose application was received on 21st may was charged for NOC 2174. You are the next guy with CC in NOC 2174. No other NOC got charged for 23rd May.
SO, please stop worrying and try to call CIC or mail them for further updates.

This time the cap will not be full so soon.

Ahhh...... Didnt notice that I am next for CC.

I am checking my CC every 5 mins now.

Hope you are right about the Cap. But my anxiety just kills me.
