Darkman, I totally disagree, shrug off all this disappointment and get in action man. No matter how many are on this forum in the NOC, you never know what rejection percentage is going to be. Look at your own case, it was just a simple typo from 2016 to 2015 that led to this. Forget that and see how can you best mend this. God bless.

I totally agree with perseverence there are n number of things that could happen, rejection or they are asked for more information queries or withdrawal and looking at the crowd on this forum i think this would be a central hub which contributes to major share of applicants so never mind if anybody got the application back then send the info back again all it would happen is cost more for the courier that's all and i am sure they would be having some process or a queue for the returning applications which were sent back due to missing information or any reason cause i am sure they might want to start over again and look for missing information but not duplicate all the effort of checking stuff again and again.

If you already know that what has been missing then send the documents asap with the cover letter along with info when was the last package sent who received it at what time etc

I did check the forms which i sent again and again the information is right and i have checked n number of times for signatures and credit card data and stuff hopefully everything is fine.

People who are sending again make sure you have a copy of filled applications also a scan copy of the same before you send so that u can send over email with scanned information fax with a a copy and a physical copy in courier.

Again same wordings of different Agencies just to get some new clients. Once you trapped they will start looking for new one. And (GOD forbid) if your application rejected they will say you "sorry" and thats it.

AK2147' it's an agency's duty to advertise and it's urs as a customer to do your due diligence. No agent can guarantee a PR. Their job is to act as guides to ensure you present your documentation in the best way possible. Also, if ur documents get returned an ur agent is in Canada, it's easier to resubmit than wait a month for snail mail to deliver. Everyone should take ultimate responsibility for their application. Can anyone vaguely throw some light on when would the app be sent back if the charging transaction fails. Example my card was tried last on July 17th. So would ithave been sent by now or is there still time left?

What I suggest is as follow:
1. First of fax them the updated payment form ? You did it or not ?
2. Please send that faxed form to CIO directly as soon as possible ?
3. Call them at the center and explain them about the situation ?
4. Request CIO to please retry the transaction by corrected expiry and also ask your bank that email CIO regarding the wrong expiry was entered by the client and they can retry with corrected expiry and you submitted the authorization/request letter to bank ?

What I suggest you should also re-apply when you get you apps. back until CIC declares cap is reached.

I agree with you to some extent but you may search any relative or friend in canada for mailing address and send and receive documents from there but paying thousands of dollars just for fastest delivery does not making any sense.

But, yes, people like to consult agencies cuz of fear of rejection and agencies convince them initially that if u choose us, you won't get rejected.

I haven't attached the covering letter, however, I have attached the my current profile Financial Analyst with duties and on the other page of letter of same company, all my previous designation with dates of promotion are mentioned. When I joined the company etc.

I Hope that the second experience letter which I got in 2011 as Business analyst with duties will be consider as my role in company then at that time.

I personally think the CIO will check the dates, however, considering them as only Human and prone to making mistakes, it is advisable to attach a cover letter to your experience letters explaining your experience details. The cover letter may contain a table with dates related to your experience that you want to highlight, with reference to particular experience letters.

I have also applied for 0211 category and I have submitted my ECA for MBA and Bsc Eng too because it is related to my NOC. No need to submit credentials for HSSC and SSc at all.

I disagree. HSSC and SSC is needed for the officer to calculate total number of years of education. Thats what I understand.

Dear momobee, no one is disputing your opinion, we hold it in high regard, and yes perhaps you came across someone who is honest and diligent enough, that's your experience. What we have seen, and mostly in this part of geography, is just the opposite. Whether now or then, I always knew more than the agent and they added no value to our case. Infact, we missed cap two times in past due to their delayed delivery and that's what infuriated us that after all the efforts from our side and money paid, they could not even courier in time. Gave all false promises to us that the app was sent when it wasn't. Anyway, that was them and we do not want to start yet another micro-topic here.

All it is about is - I am ok if a car sales man overpromises and sells me a bad car, what ticks most of us is some one promising an aircraft and delivers a bad car while charging a plane's price.

Again, if someone wants to buy an additional piece of mind by paying thousands of dollars to some "so-called, self-proclaimed" expert, it is ok and personal.

No one really knows how close to the cap things are, or for certain what date that 50 represents. There are opinions each way, but if you take a look at the spreadsheet you can form your own judgement (which is part of the idea of it)
I personally think chances are rather low for making it in the cap now, however if you have the necessary papers ready to send off then you've only a courier fee to lose, so I would go for it and send an application.

You are definitely not alone, a few people have done similar things. So far this has not been a reason for return (that I've read so far anyway), so perhaps they will forgive it.
If you're worried, your options are sending an updated form (which they might ignore and not tie to your file), and preparing a copy of your file ready to do another submission (which you might not need). Personally if I were you I would do both.
