It should be
1) around 1:5 ( forum : global for 2174 ) , that is just my estimate considering the time when on 9th may
CIC reported 15 completed applications received for this NOC.

2) People already prepared would have applied immediately so I guess for next 2-3 weeks % of applications represented
by this forum will be way higher till the end of May applicaitions.

3) IELTS score is an another thing , people less prepared would have taken test dates and would have waited so that might cause delay

4) further new rules like ECA etc.. are some complicated things

5) No body can tell exact picture

so wait and watch , its just a learning experience

I think majority of 2174 are in this forum...!!!!! they contribute for about 50% of the cap

I just got an email from my local visa office (see below), It looks like they've just received my file.
Is this the so called "2nd AOR"?
Not sure if there's a column for this on the spreadsheet, so there you have it anyway.

It's the next stage. CIC send it on to your VO who in some cases are evidently quick to acknowledge!
